Payment

We offer flexible payment options to suit you. Please ask... EFT, PAYPAL, Cash.
Individual quotes valid for 14 days unless 10% deposit is placed. Deposits are usually placed for sessions that are more than two weeks away.

By placing your deposit I am saving you that time in the studio so other are blocked out. Because of this deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are held for four weeks meaning that you CAN re-book you studio time with the deposit offsetting cost.

Once a session is paid for. Refunds are only possible if the studio cannot provide the service within twelve weeks of payment. If you are unsure of your commitment to recording it's best to put a deposit down only.

Audio files are generally not released until payment has been made.

Recording

Recording should be made on the studio hard drive unless payment is received at the start of the session, in which case clients drive can be used.

Artists are entitled to monitor mixes on day without full payment, time permitting.

Mixing

Final mixes can be provided with or without software limiters. Please ask if you are not sure.

Mixing can be "in the box" or "out of the box" on the Analog Mixing Desk. As the session moves on it's journey you and I will generally decide on the best mixing format for the song.

Production

This is usually when you engage a Producer to advise you on the song structures, performance issues, instrumentations, contacts and general vibe. Usually this incorporates a separate production fee and sales royalties. Tony is able to roll his production fee into an all-inclusive with engineering and studio costs built in.

It is normal and courteous for an Engineer to offer production assistance for nothing but this is not as detailed as having a Producer on board.

Backing up

Backup onto DVD does require organise & burn time and is charged at $25 per DVD disk. (Disk included)
It is the client’s responsibility to authorise data backup.
The studio will occasionally archive files onto a separate hard drive but bares no responsibility for any accidental loss of data whatsoever.

Tony and the engineers around him will work tirelessly in the studio to make your songs come to life in the way you imagined.

Patience is the key. Communication is vital. Flexibility is guaranteed.

Tony aims to make great sounding product that he can also use on the studio showreel. Please let him know if you are not happy to go on to the studio showreel.
